The CCMHS is committed to creating a safe and inclusive sport community that reflects the diversity of the Canadian population. Through its strategic Community Engagement initiative, the CCMHS seeks to revolutionize perceptions of mental health and mental illness in sport. CCMHS Ambassadors are champions of this cause, representing the voices of athletes and coaches whose lives have been impacted by mental health challenges and mental illness. We want Canadians to be able to identify with our Ambassadors and we are therefore committed to recruiting a team of advocates of diverse race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, ability, and level of sport participation.
